CO-OPERATIVES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 81 OF 2012) - REG 8

In regulation 32 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     in paragraph (k) omit ", or under clause 44 of Schedule 3 to the Act";

        (b)     for paragraph (m) substitute —

    "(m)     documents kept by the Registrar under section 468(1)(a) of the Act that—

              (i)     evidence an exemption granted by the Registrar; or

              (ii)     create or evidence a charge, or the complete or partial satisfaction of a charge;".
