COUNTY COURT (COSTS COURT AMENDMENT) RULES 2009 (SR NO 182 OF 2009) - REG 1

The object of these Rules is to amend the Chapter I of the Rules of the County Court as a consequence of the establishment of the Costs Court in the Supreme Court by the Courts Legislation Amendment (Costs Court and Other Matters) Act 2008 .
