COUNTY COURT (COSTS COURT AMENDMENT) RULES 2009 (SR NO 182 OF 2009) - REG 19

    (1)     In Rule 63A.37(1)(b) of the Principal Rules, after "taxed in the Court" insert "or the Costs Court".

    (2)     In Rule 63A.37(2) of the Principal Rules, for "his" substitute "the solicitor's".
