Children, Youth and Families Act 2005

YOUTH CONTROL ORDER

DETAILS OF THE ORDER

    1.     You must not commit another offence, whether within or outside the State of Victoria, during the period that the order is in force.

    2.     You must report to the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Regulation at [ venue ] within 2 working days after this order is made.

    3.     You must report to the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Regulation, as required by the Secretary, during the period that the order is in force.

    4.     You must comply with any lawful and reasonable directions given by the Secretary to the Department of Justice and Regulation.

    5.     You must attend the Children's Court at [ venue ] on [ date ] at [ time ] for an initial judicial monitoring hearing and attend any subsequent judicial monitoring hearings as directed by the Court.
