CORONERS COURT RULES 2009 (SR NO 131 OF 2009) - REG 1

    (1)     The object of these Rules is to provide for the practice and procedure of the Coroners Court of Victoria.

    (2)     These Rules may be cited as the Coroners Court Rules 2009.
