CORONERS COURT RULES 2009 (SR NO 131 OF 2009) - REG 64

r. 64

    (1)     Subject to any order made by a coroner under section 73(2) of the Act, the findings, comments and recommendations made following an inquest must be published on the website of the Coroners Court as soon as practicable.

    (2)     An order made by a coroner under section 73(2) of the Act preventing the publication of a report must be in Form 42.
