In Schedule 2 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2002 ^[1] , after item 216 insert —

An offence under section 45A(2A) of the National Parks Act 1975

2 penalty units

in a marine national park or a marine sanctuary, use recreational fishing equipment (within the meaning of section 45A(9) of the National Parks Act 1975 )".
