CONTROL OF WEAPONS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 188 OF 2009) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulations 12 and 13 of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2000 as a consequence of the enactment of the Summary Offences and Control of Weapons Acts Amendment Act 2009 .
