CORONERS REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 120 OF 2009) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are—

        (a)     to provide forms and machinery provisions for—

              (i)     investigations and inquests into deaths; and

              (ii)     investigations and inquests into fires; and

        (b)     to prescribe various matters necessary to be prescribed under the Coroners Act 2008 .
