CORRECTIONS REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 27 OF 2019) - REG 9

For the purposes of section 55EC of the Act, a prescribed non-lethal firearm is—

        (a)     a tear gas gun or projector; or

        (b)     a shotgun which fires rounds commonly known as beanbag rounds.
