COURT SECURITY REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 95 OF 2004) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe for the purposes of the Court Security Act 1980 —

        (a)     certain tribunals, bodies and persons as a court; and

        (b)     certain holders of office as a clerk.
