CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 53 OF 2009) - REG 48

r. 48

    The proprietor of a family day care service must provide to a parent or guardian of a child diagnosed as at risk of anaphylaxis enrolled at the service a copy of the service's anaphylaxis management policy.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
