CHILDREN'S SERVICES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 53 OF 2009) - REG 93

    (1)     For the purposes of section 26B(1) of the Act, the proprietor of a children's service must ensure that each child cared for or educated by the children's service has access to furniture, materials and developmentally appropriate equipment suitable for the educational or recreational program provided to that child.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 26B(2) of the Act, a family day carer must ensure that each child cared for or educated by the family day carer has access to furniture, materials and developmentally appropriate equipment suitable for the educational or recreational program provided to that child.
