DISABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 26 OF 2009) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Disability Regulations 2007     to prescribe statutory authorities and statutory corporations as public sector bodies for the purpose of section 38 of the Disability Act 2006 .
