DANGEROUS GOODS (TRANSPORT BY ROAD OR RAIL) REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 155 OF 2018) - REG 246

Amendments to the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2011

    (1)     In regulation 5(1) of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2011 [2] , in the definition of "freight container", for "2008" substitute "2018".

    (2)     Regulation 198 of the Dangerous Goods (Explosives) Regulations 2011 is revoked .
