DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES (DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE - SYNTHETIC CANNABINOIDS) REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 164 OF 2013) - REG 4

Prescribed drugs of dependence

For the purposes of paragraph (ba) of the definition of drug of dependence in section 4(1) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 —

        (a)     a substance specified in Column 1 of the Table to this regulation is a drug of dependence included in Part 3 of Schedule Eleven to that Act; and

        (b)     for the purposes of Part 3 of Schedule Eleven to that Act, the specified quantities of that drug for the purposes of Columns 1A to 4 of that Part of that Schedule are the quantities in Columns 1A to 4 of the Table to this regulation in relation to that drug which correspond to the relevant column of that Part of that Schedule.
