Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of Commonwealth standard in section 4(1) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 , the current Poisons Standard within the meaning of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 of the Commonwealth, as in force from time to time, is prescribed to be the Commonwealth standard.
