Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objective of these Regulations is to amend the Estate Agents (Education) Regulations 2008 to omit and update references to registered education and training organisations approved by the Director under section 10A of the Estate Agents Act 1980 in the Principal Regulations as a result of the repeal of that section by section 36 of the Consumer Affairs Legislation Amendment (Reform) Act 2010 .
