ESTATE AGENTS (EDUCATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 84 OF 2011) - REG 6

    (1)     In Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations omit "and conducted by the registered education and training organisations approved by the Director under section 10A of the Act".

    (2)     At the foot of Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations insert —
