ESTATE AGENTS (EXEMPTION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2015 (SR NO 54 OF 2015) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Estate Agents (Exemption) Regulations 2014 to revoke an exemption for persons acting as estate agents in relation to certain large properties.
