ESTATE AGENTS (CONTRACTS) REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 97 OF 2008) - REG 4

Revocation

The following Regulations are revoked —

        (a)     the Estate Agents (Contracts) Regulations 1997 [1] ;

        (b)     the Estate Agents (Contracts) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 [2] .
