EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE RESILIENCE) REGULATIONS 2015 (SR NO 82 OF 2015) - REG 5

For the purposes of section 74P of the Act an emergency risk management plan must be prepared in accordance with the following—

        (a)     AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009 Risk management—Principles and guidelines, as published from time to time;

        (b)     SA/SNZ HB 436:2013 Risk management guidelines—Companion to AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009, as published from time to time.
