ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AMENDMENT (WASTE TYRES-SILAGE PRODUCTION) REGULATIONS 2022 (SR NO 86 OF 2022) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Environment Protection Regulations 2021—

        (a)     to prescribe the use of waste tyres for the purpose of silage production as a registration activity for the purposes of section 47 of the Environment Protection Act 2017 ; and

        (b)     to prescribe a temporary exemption from registration for that activity; and

        (c)     to make other minor and technical amendments.
