ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (DISTRIBUTION OF LANDFILL LEVY) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 63 OF 2013) - REG 8

For regulation 10 of the Principal Regulations substitute —

        "     10     Distribution of landfill levy—from 1 October 2014

    (1)     From 1 October 2014, at the start of each quarter, the Authority must transfer into the Sustainability Fund Account all money standing to the credit of the general landfill levy account as at the end of the previous quarter.

    (2)     The Authority must make the transfer required under this regulation by the 15th day of the quarter.".
