ELECTRICITY SAFETY (EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY) AMENDMENT (TELEVISIONS, LIQUID-CHILLING PACKAGES, CLOSE CONTROL AIRCONDITIONERS AND GENERAL LIGHTING SERVICES) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 175 OF 2009) - REG 18

New regulation 34A inserted

    After regulation 34 of the Principal Regulations insert —

    " 34A     Requirements for registration of a television set

Energy Safe Victoria may only register or transfer the registration of a television set if, in the opinion of Energy Safe Victoria—

        (a)     the television set complies with the requirements of regulation 5A; and

        (b)     the electrical equipment label complies with the requirements of regulations 47A(a) and 47A(b).".
