ELECTRICITY SAFETY (EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY) REVOCATION REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 152 OF 2012) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Electricity Safety (Equipment Efficiency) Regulations 2009 as a consequence of the enactment of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 of the Commonwealth .
