(1) A safety management system must specify a response plan designed to address all reasonably foreseeable emergencies which have been identified through the formal safety assessment.
(2) The response plan must—
(a) ensure the safety of the public; and
(b) minimise the risk of damage to another person's property; and
(c) specify a system for communications between the scheme operator and any other person who may be affected by an emergency referred to in subregulation (1); and
(d) in the case of a relevant asset operator, specify the means by which the asset operator will ensure the continued safety of the relevant applicable asset and its operation; or
(e) in the case of an employer operator, the means by which the operator will ensure the continued safety of electrical work being carried out on electrical installations and electrical equipment.
