Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe objectives of these Regulations are—
(a) to amend the Fisheries Regulations 2009 to amend the requirements for surface floats that are used in or on the Gippsland Lakes and to make a statute law revision amendment; and
(b) to amend the Fisheries and Fisheries (Fees, Royalties and Levies) Amendment (Recreational Fishery Licences) Regulations 2016 to maintain the current levy amount for a recreational fishery licence with a duration of 3 days.
