FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 152 OF 2006) - REG 3

Application

    (1)     In regulation 4(1) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 [1] , for "Parts 3 and 4" substitute "Part 3".

    (2)     Regulation 4(3) of the Financial Management Regulations 2004 is revoked .
