Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person in charge of a sawmill in a fire protected area must ensure that all waste or by-products from the sawmill are stored and disposed of in the manner specified by an authorised officer in a notice issued under sub-regulation (2).
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) An authorised officer may, by notice in writing issued to a person in charge of a sawmill, specify the methods for the storage and disposal of waste and by-products of the commercial operation.
