FISHERIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 28 OF 2006) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Fisheries Regulations 1998 to—

        (a)     amend the conditions of Trawl (Inshore) Fishery Access Licences; and

        (b)     prescribe the levy to be charged for 3 year recreational fishing licences; and

        (c)     amend the closed season for rock lobster (male).
