FIREARMS (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 81 OF 2006) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are to amend the Firearms Regulations 1997 to     provide for the fee or fees payable in respect of the issue of—

        (a)     a paintball marker licence;

        (b)     an antique handgun collectors licence;

        (c)     a general category handgun licence for reasons set out in section 15(1)(d) of the Act;

        (d)     a provisional licence; and

        (e)     a permit issued under section 57A of the Act.
