FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 442

    (1)     The licence holder must not shuck abalone or possess shucked abalone.

    (2)     Subregulation (1) does not apply to a licence holder who—

        (a)     is also the holder of a Fish Receivers' (Abalone) Licence; and

        (b)     shucks abalone or possesses shucked abalone under and in accordance with that licence and the Act and these Regulations.
