FORESTS (RECREATION) REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 30 OF 2010) - REG 10

Offence to fail to comply with a permit

r. 10

    (1)     A permit issued by the Secretary under this Part—

        (a)         must be in writing; and

        (b)     is subject to the conditions specified in the permit; and

        (c)     applies for the period specified in the permit.

    (2)     The holder of a permit referred to in subregulation (1) must comply with the conditions of that permit.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
