GREENHOUSE GAS GEOLOGICAL SEQUESTRATION REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 149 OF 2009) - REG 36

r. 36

The following fees are payable—

        (a)     for transfer, or part transfer, of an exploration permit, 400 fee units;

        (b)     for renewal of a retention lease, 200 fee units;

        (c)     for transfer of a retention lease, 400 fee units;

        (d)     for transfer, or part transfer, of an injection and monitoring licence, 400 fee units.
