GAMBLING REGULATION (INFRINGEMENT OFFENCES) REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 71 OF 2006) - REG 4

    (1)     For the purposes of section 10.5.20(1) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , an offence against a provision set out in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is prescribed as an offence in respect of which an infringement notice may be issued.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 10.5.21 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 , the prescribed infringement penalty for an offence against a provision set out in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is the relevant amount set out in Column 3 of Schedule 1 in respect of that offence.

    (3)     A summary of an offence in Column 4 of Schedule 1 is not to be taken to affect—

        (a)     the nature or elements of the offence to which the         summary refers; or

        (b)     the operation of these Regulations.
