HEALTH SERVICES (PRIVATE HOSPITALS AND DAY PROCEDURE CENTRES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 176 OF 2009) - REG 5

Definitions

    (1)     In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations the definition of infertility treatment is revoked .

    (2)     In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations insert the following definitions—

""artificial insemination" has the same meaning as in the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 ;

"assisted reproductive treatment" has the same meaning as in the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 ;".
