HEAVY VEHICLE NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION (INFRINGEMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2016 (SR NO 25 OF 2016) - REG 3

    (1)         After item 14 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 ^[1] insert —

    "14A     An offence against section 87A(1) of the National Law.".

    (2)     After item 52 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "52A                 An offence against section 153A(1) of the National Law.".

    (3)     After item 148 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "148A     An offence against section 307(3) of     the National Law.".

    (4)     After item 151 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "151A     An offence against section 312(3) of     the National Law.".

    (5)     After item 156 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "156A     An offence against section 324A(2)     of the National Law.".

    (6)     After item 160 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "160A     An offence against section 341(7) of     the National Law.".

    (7)     After item 194 of the Schedule to the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 insert —

    "194A     An offence against section 531(4) of     the National Law.".
