INFRINGEMENTS (GENERAL) FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 61 OF 2009) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 to prescribe certain infringement offences under various Acts, Regulations and By-laws as "lodgeable infringement offences" for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006 .
