In Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations, after item 1 insert —

        " 1AA     Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987

    1AA.1     Section 82(5) constituted by a contravention of regulation 9(2) of the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Anglesea Heath) Regulations 2000 ^[2] .

    1AA.2     Section 82(5) constituted by a contravention of regulation 9(4)(b) of the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Anglesea Heath) Regulations 2000.

    1AA.3     Section 82(5) constituted by a contravention of regulation 9(8) of the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Anglesea Heath) Regulations 2000.

    1AA.4     Section 82(5) constituted by a contravention of regulation 10(1) of the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Anglesea Heath) Regulations 2000.

    1AA.5     Section 82(5) constituted by a contravention of regulation 15 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Anglesea Heath) Regulations 2000.
