Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 18B of the Act, security cameras on licensed premises must record continuously at a minimum rate of 8 frames per second.
(2) For the purposes of section 18B of the Act, a video recorder on licensed premises must record at least 8 images per second for each security camera connected to the video recorder.
