LABOUR HIRE LICENSING REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 179 OF 2018) - REG 15

For the purposes of section 29(1)(c) of the Act, the prescribed declarations and consents are—

        (a)     the declarations required under  section 17(4) of the Act; and

        (b)     the consents required under section 17(5) of the Act.
