MARINE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 126 OF 2009) - REG 4

    (1)     In regulation 400(2)(c)(xiv) of the Marine Regulations 1999 ^[1] omit "and".

    (2)     After regulation 400(2)(c)(xiv) of the Marine Regulations 1999 insert —

    "(xv)     whether an Australian Builders Plate has been fixed to the vessel; and".
