MAGISTRATES' COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT NO. 16) RULES 2006 (SR NO 164 OF 2006) - REG 4

After Rule 9.01(4) of the Magistrates' Court Civil Procedure Rules 1999 ^[1] insert —

    "(4.1)     Despite sub-rule (4), if the complaint was served on the defendant under the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 of the Commonwealth, the address for service of the defendant duly stated in a notice of defence in accordance with that Act is the address for service of the defendant.".
