MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 101 OF 2009) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the form of search warrant in the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 as a consequence of changes to the authority conferred by a search warrant under section 78 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 .
