MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 101 OF 2009) - REG 5

    (1)     In Form 15 of Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations, for the following words and expressions—

"Place where search will be conducted for article, thing or material

Number and name of street Suburb

"

substitute —

"*Place/*Vehicle located in a public place where search will be conducted for article, thing or material

*Number and name of street and suburb *Identifying details of vehicle

".

    (2)     In Form 15 of Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations, for the following words and expressions—

"to break, enter and search any place named or described in this warrant for any article, thing or material of any kind named or described in this warrant;"

substitute —

"to break, enter and search any *place/*specified vehicle located in a public place named or described in this warrant for any article, thing or material of any kind named or described in this warrant;".

    (3)     In Form 15 of Schedule 5 to the Principal Regulations, for the following words and expressions—

"Issued at     am/pm on     by     Magistrate"

substitute —

"Issued at     am/pm on         by     Magistrate

*Strike out whichever is not applicable".
