MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE AND AUTHENTICATION AMENDMENT RULES 2022 (SR NO 102 OF 2022) - REG 1

The object of these Rules is—

        (a)     to amend the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 and the Magistrates' Court Authentication and Electronic Transmission Rules 2021 to accommodate certain procedural requirements being completed electronically as a consequence of the introduction of a new case management system, CMS, at the Magistrates' Court; and

        (b)     to amend the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 to make other minor miscellaneous amendments.
