MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE AND AUTHENTICATION AMENDMENT RULES 2022 (SR NO 102 OF 2022) - REG 27

    (1)     For the heading to Rule 4 of the Magistrates' Court Authentication and Electronic Transmission Rules 2021 ^[2] substitute —

" Definitions ".

    (2)     In Rule 4 of the Magistrates' Court Authentication and Electronic Transmission Rules 2021 insert the following definition—

""CMS" has the same meaning as in the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 ;".
