MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE AND AUTHENTICATION AMENDMENT RULES 2022 (SR NO 102 OF 2022) - REG 5

    (1)     For Rule 4.04(2)(b) of the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 substitute —

    "(b)     filing electronically.".

    (2)     After Rule 4.04(2) of the Magistrates' Court General Civil Procedure Rules 2020 insert —

    "(3)     A complaint filed electronically may be processed by CMS.".
