MAGISTRATES' COURT (OUTWORKERS) RULES 2006 (SR NO 69 OF 2006) - REG 10

    (1)     The Court may extend the time fixed by Rule 9.

    (2)     The Court may extend the time under sub-rule (1) before or after the time expires whether or not an application for the extension is made before the time expires.
